1. What is Berg's Barn's return policy?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods, are non-returnable. 2. How long does it take to process and ship orders?

Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons, such as Black Friday and Christmas, processing may extend to 5 business days. We ship exclusively within Sweden, with delivery typically taking 3-5 business days. Please note, we do not ship on Sundays through Tuesdays as our operations are closed. 4. Does Berg's Barn offer local pickup?

Yes, we currently offer local pickup at our boutique located on Storgatan 3C, 286 37 Örkelljunga, Sweden. At checkout, select the pickup option and make your purchase. After you receive your order confirmation, you will receive a second email stating that we are preparing your order. Pickup orders are generally ready for pickup within 2-3 hours during our opening hours. For more information, please refer to our shipping policy.

Thur - Fri 12:00 - 18:00
Sat 10:00 - 16:00

5. How do I initiate a return?

To start a return, please contact us at contact@bergsbarn.se. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. For more details, please refer to our refund policy.

6. Can I exchange an item?

Yes, if you would like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. Please follow the return process mentioned above. For more information, please refer to our refund policy.


7. How are refunds processed?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received the refund, please contact us at contact@bergsbarn.se.

8. What should I do if I receive a defective or damaged item?

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at contact@bergsbarn.se. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
